Catch the Video Games Award 2009 Exclusively on Animax!















Video Games Award 2009 was the gaming industry's as world premieres for twelve of the world’s most-anticipated upcoming video games and exciting moments make this a must watch TV event! Presented 12 December 2009 at The Event Deck @ LA Live in Los Angeles, the event premieres across Asia on the 16th of January 2010, 9pm exclusively on Animax. This star-studded event cannot be missed if you are a true fan of gaming.

The two-hour event celebrates the outstanding artistic and technical achievements in the gaming industry over the past year. The night’s most memorable moment belonged to 25 time Grammy Award winner Stevie Wonder, who was on hand to present The Beatles: Rock Band as Best Music Game of 2009. Welcomed to the stage by a three-minute standing ovation from the adoring crowd, the icon challenged the gaming industry to create video games specifically designed for those with disabilities.
