WGT Malaysia 2008 Gear Up Party

Gamers and e-sports fanatic be ready! The WGT is once again back in Malaysia for its second year. After last years success, the management will be throwing a Kick-Off Gear Up Party to celebrate the launch of one of the biggest gaming event in Malaysia- the World GameMaster Tournament 2008. The details of the Gear-Up party are as the following:

Date : 19th August 2008 (Tuesday)
Venue : Basil Leaf, Jalan Damai, Kuala Lumpur; Location
Time : 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Dress Code: Red in Town

The party is open to all WGT 2007 participants, Medias as well as the sponsors of the WGT MY. Guest that turn up for the party will stand a chance to preview the WGT 2008 tournament PC powered by Intel® E7300 Processor and ASUS P5Q Premium Motherboard with energy power saving feature. ASUS will also showcase their Green PC with enviromental friendly features.

Also registration for the tourney will be opened on that day itself. Besides registering, WGT members will have a chance to pick up 200 pieces of free movie tickets ( movie: unknown for now).

The party will be filled with fun and activities that gives the guest a chance to bring home WGT merchandise. All you have to do is to collect tokens by taking part in the activities. There will also be fabulous prizes hiding at the venue during the treasure hunt session. Probably the most attractive prize is the ASUS 22” LCD monitor. What more?
