Yep that's right ladies and gentlemen, it seems that we've got ourselves a case whereby a certain someone didn't attend CELGames qualifiers and magically qualified for the top 16 for in CELGames.
Intels tells that a 3rd party paid for the certain someone for his registration fee and register his name. In the end, this ghost play and manage to get into top 16. Even the "victim" was not aware of this at first. Or is it?
Does Spotgamers detect someone main belakang? Since its just rumours it might not be true. Or is it true?
