LZ's fairytale run have come to the end after they have been eliminated from the group stage in DreamHack Winter 2009 after a tough fragging moment.
They won their first match against Swedish 0bites 16-11 in de_dust2 but unfortunately, they failed to recapture their performance in their next matches when they lost to USA's Evil Geniuses 16-2 in de_train and Finnish wooSai.fi 16-4 in de_inferno.
Our SEA counterparts, Team Titans have advance further after sneaking through by round difference by only 1 round. They first won against Sweden's Games4u 16-11 in de_dust2 but failed to repeat the same victory against France's Millenium 16-6 in de_train. It was a do-or-die for them in their match against Denmark's XLBet but they lost 16-14 in de_inferno. Fortunately, they made it to the brackets.
However, Team Titans' quest were crushed by Evil Geniuses with the score of 2-0 in the brackets.
Anyway, congratulations and a job well done to Team LZ and Team Titans for making this far. A special thanks to Jasmine Low and Nikki Yeo from GO International Group for making Team LZ's dream a reality came true.
So, what's next for GO? ESWC 2010 maybe? :D

Titans made it through. it was a 3 way tie and they won by round difference
